These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vishwakarma Fabrication Work Pvt. Ltd website and any service, registration, or booking made through it, including welding & metal fabrication, electrician, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cleaning services, as well as our Labour Registration, Job Application, Service Booking, and Vendor Registration forms. By using our website or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Vishwakarma Fabrication Work Pvt. Ltd is a Delhi NCR-based fabrication and home-services company, based in Badarpur, Delhi, serving Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. We provide welding and metal fabrication, electrician, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and site accessibility.

2. Site Visits and Assessment

Most service requests begin with an on-site visit by our technician to assess the actual scope of work before a final quotation is provided. A site visit is charged at a flat ₹299. This charge covers the technician's time, travel, and assessment, and applies regardless of whether you decide to proceed with the job afterward. The site visit charge does not guarantee any specific price for the eventual job — that is determined separately based on the actual scope of work assessed on-site.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotations are provided after the site visit and assessment, based on the actual material and labour required.
• Prices may vary depending on job complexity, material selection, and site conditions.
• Any additional work identified after the job has started, and not covered by the original quotation, will be discussed and charged separately with your agreement before proceeding.
• All pricing includes applicable GST, and a GST-compliant invoice is provided for every completed job.

4. Booking Confirmation

Submitting a Service Booking request through our website does not automatically guarantee a specific appointment time. Our team confirms the actual visit schedule with you by phone or WhatsApp after you submit a booking. Bookings are subject to technician availability, and we will inform you if a requested date cannot be accommodated so an alternative can be arranged.

5. Payment Terms

• The ₹299 site visit charge, where applicable, is payable at the time of the visit.
• Payment for the actual job is due as agreed upon at the time of quotation, which may include an advance payment for material-heavy jobs before work begins.
• Full and final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the agreed work, unless a different payment schedule has been explicitly agreed in writing or via WhatsApp/email.
• We reserve the right to pause or decline further work in case of non-payment of amounts already due.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel a booked site visit or job by contacting us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice will not be charged beyond any site visit fee already incurred.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows for scheduled visits may result in future bookings requiring advance confirmation or payment.
• Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed as agreed.

7. Warranty and Liability

We take pride in workmanship that holds up over time, and we stand behind the work we complete. That said, please note the following limitations:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with a structure, wiring, plumbing, or fitting that existed before our work began.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, material availability, or site access issues.
• Where materials are supplied by the customer rather than by us, we are not responsible for defects in that material.
• Any specific warranty on labour or materials for a given job will be communicated at the time of quotation, where applicable.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate contact and address details when booking a service, so our technician can reach the correct location.
• Ensuring reasonable site access for our technician to carry out the assessed and agreed work.
• Informing us in advance of any known hazards, restricted areas, or special access requirements at the site.
• Reviewing and approving the quotation before work begins, and raising any concerns promptly rather than after the job is completed.

9. Labour Registration, Job Applications, and Vendor Registration

Submitting a Labour Registration, Job Application, or Vendor Registration through our website does not create any employment, contractor, or supply agreement by itself. It places your details on record for consideration against current and future opportunities matching your trade, role, or product category. We reach out directly when a genuine match arises; submission of a registration form is not, on its own, a guarantee of work, employment, or a purchase order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Vishwakarma Fabrication Work Pvt. Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through any form on this website
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, including the admin systems
• Copy or scrape website content for commercial use without permission

14. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform a service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, material shortages, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and reschedule the affected work as soon as practically possible.

15. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a service, booking, or any matter covered by these Terms, we encourage you to first contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction described in Section 15 below.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi / Uttar Pradesh, as applicable.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
